Jessie Raybon is an environmental and natural resources attorney at Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson. Jessie represents clients in litigation and regulatory matters involving energy, oil and gas, water, federal lands, and environmental issues. Prior to joining the firm, Jessie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Todd Taylor in Weld County District Court and Water Court Division 1. She is a graduate of Vermont Law School, where she focused her scholarship on environmental, natural resource, and water issues. Jessie also brings her unique background as an environmental consultant to her law practice. Prior to attending law school, Jessie assisted her clients with environmental permitting, environmental site assessments, water quality sampling, and erosion and sedimentation control.
