Morgan comes to the firm with over a decade of experience in advising clients on a variety of matters involving probate and fiduciary litigation, including protective proceedings, and trusts and estates disputes, as well as assisting clients with estate planning and administration. Her clients include individual and corporate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, heirs, and creditors.
