Kelly is a member of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Employment Litigation practice. Kelly is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and has experience in employment law, health law, and military law.
Prior to joining Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson, Kelly worked in the legal department at Intermountain Health for over 10 years, most recently as Associate Counsel – Employment & Payor Litigation. Kelly is a Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army Reserve, currently serving in the 87th Legal Operations Detachment.
