Jessica Marsh

Overview
Jessica Marsh is a member of William Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Commercial Litigation and Employment Litigation practices. Jessica’s experience includes commercial business disputes, including breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, qui tam actions, and non-compete disputes. Jessica also has a depth of experience in employment law defending companies against employment-related claims in both state and federal court.
Prior to entering private practice, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Ulyssess Gene Thibodeaux at the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal. Jessica is a graduate of Tulane University Law School where she served as a managing editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal.
