Employment Attorney
Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson is looking for an outstanding associate to join our busy employment litigation and commercial litigation groups. Our attorneys have the sophisticated local, regional, and nationwide practices to support high-achieving employment and litigation lawyers. The work includes diverse federal and state court litigation and employment advice and counseling. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, employment counseling experience, is an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter, writes well, has a strategic litigation mind, and takes ownership.
Three to six years of experience with employment litigation, wage and hour litigation, non-compete litigation and general litigation as well as employment advice, counseling, handbooks, agreements, and training experience is preferred. Former judicial clerks encouraged to apply. Salary range is $165,000 to $190,000, based on experience. Excellent compensation and benefits, including: holidays and paid time off, client origination bonus, hours bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, and 401k plan with matching subject to the eligibility/terms of the plans and policies which may be amended at any time.
