Liz Austin is a member of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Litigation and Labor and Employment Practices. She handles a variety of corporate litigation and employment matters, including trade secret and non-compete disputes. She also has experience defending against class and collective action lawsuits, and representing clients before state and federal agencies.

Liz brings a unique background to her employment law practice to better assist corporate clients with decision-making. Prior to entering private practice, she worked in the corporate office of a large retail company based in San Francisco. In this role, she handled training, onboarding, and employee-to-supervisor mediation. Liz leverages this experience to provide current corporate clients with up-to-date training, advice, and counsel.
