Overview
Corey Lim is an environmental and natural resources attorney. She represents clients in all aspects of state and federal regulatory cases, including permitting, implementation of compliance programs, rulemakings, due diligence, transactional matters, and enforcement. Corey also has experience representing diverse energy clientele in complex public utility matters. In particular, she represented solar energy companies and a transmission and distribution utility in public utility matters and facilitated the approvals of ownership transfer for a natural gas transmission system in multiple states.
Prior to joining Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson, Corey served as a judicial law clerk in Denver District Court. She is a graduate of Vermont Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Society. Throughout law school, Corey focused on environmental, federal land, and wildlife issues and clerked at the Natural Resources Section of the Department of Justice’s Environmental and Natural Resources Division. Corey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire.
