Marie Allison is an Environmental and Natural Resources Associate with expertise in strategic regulatory compliance counseling, enforcement defense, transactional matters, and environmental due diligence across various industries. She has advised clients in the oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, consumer products, rail, automotive, logistics, recycling and waste, natural resources, and renewables sectors on navigating a breadth of complex state and federal environmental laws, including the Clean Air Act; Toxic Substances Control Act; Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; National Environmental Policy Act; and Clean Water Act. Marie has extensive experience assisting clients with consent decree and settlement negotiations, a variety of government submissions, rulemaking and permitting, and conducting due diligence and analysis for transactions involving environmental and energy matters.

Before joining Williams Weese, Marie was an environmental associate at large law firms in both Los Angeles and Denver.
