Rachel Radford

Overview
Rachel Radford focuses her practice on estate and wealth transfer planning. She advises high-net-worth individuals and families on testamentary and lifetime planning strategies geared toward the tax-efficient transfer of wealth across multiple generations, including the creation of various forms of irrevocable trusts; the implementation of family limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other special purpose vehicles; and administration and modification of existing trusts. She also advises clients on federal transfer tax issues and reporting positions, charitable planning, estate administration, and marital agreements.
Prior to joining Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson in 2025, Rachel practiced at a boutique estate planning firm in Denver.
