Overview
Jessica is a member of Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s commercial litigation and employment practices. She maintains a broad-based practice representing companies in a wide range of commercial disputes, including claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate dissolution, fraud, and unfair competition.
Jessica also represents employers in a variety of employment matters, defending against claims such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, and breach of employment contract. In addition, she provides practical, business-focused guidance to help clients navigate day-to-day employment issues.
Jessica regularly appears in state and federal courts and represents clients through all stages of litigation. She also advises clients on strategic considerations aimed at minimizing risk and avoiding the time and expense of litigation where possible.
