Overview
Sam Rhoton is a litigator at Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson. His practice focuses on environmental law, natural resources, and federal public lands. He represents clients in a variety of administrative proceedings and in complex litigation in state and federal courts. Sam also handles appeals, helping clients challenge adverse rulings and defend favorable judgments before state and federal appellate courts.
Before joining the firm, Sam practiced at a boutique litigation firm, where he handled complex commercial disputes on large public works projects. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Stephanie Dunn at the Colorado Court of Appeals. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Kristen Mix at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
