Overview
Jeff Lippa is an experienced trial lawyer focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He has a diverse practice and experience in a broad range of litigation matters, including business, financial services, employment, real estate, construction, and oil and gas. Jeff represents local and national companies in cases involving breach of contract, unfair competition, construction defects, fraud and misrepresentation, trespass, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and consumer protection act claims.
Jeff appears regularly in state and federal courts across the country and represents clients in all stages of litigation. He has first-chaired arbitrations, bench trials and jury trials through verdict, and has handled appeals in the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court, as well as the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. Jeff also counsels clients on day-to-day legal issues and strategic considerations that are designed to avoid the time and expense of additional litigation.
