Overview
Nicole León is an attorney with Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group. She assists clients in navigating state and federal environmental regulatory frameworks, advising on regulations, permitting, and enforcement matters related to the Clean Air Act and state air quality statutes and rules.
Prior to receiving her J.D., Nicole accumulated ten years of experience as an advocate across different sectors such as nonprofits, criminal prosecution, and employment litigation.
