Carlos Romo Chosen as President-Elect of Colorado Hispanic Bar Association

Denver, CO (December 16, 2020) –Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson Director Carlos Romo has been chosen as President-Elect of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. Carlos will serve as President-Elect in 2021 and be elevated to President in January 2022.

The CHBA is comprised of dedicated lawyers committed to improving the life of Hispanics in Colorado. One of the missions of the CHBA is to fight for the equal protection of the Hispanic community under the law. For the last two years, Carlos has served on the Board of the CHBA as the Chair of the Public Policy Committee.

“I am honored that my peers entrusted me to lead this great organization and I look forward to working with the Board to continue CHBA’s long-standing efforts to assist the Hispanic Community in Colorado,” said Carlos.

As President-Elect, Carlos intends to continue work on redistricting to ensure fair maps representative of all Hispanics in Colorado.
