Lee Fanyo Presents at Next Generation of Oil and Gas Professionals Event

Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese attorney Lee Fanyo spoke to the Next Generation of Oil and Gas Professionals about unconventional resource development in producing oil fields.

The presentation summarized key issues to consider before drilling and during simultaneous operations. The attendees were engaged, and the lecture turned into an active dialogue with Lee about emerging issues such as subsurface trespass and frac hits (i.e. existing wells impacted by nearby hydraulic fracturing operations).
