Litigator Jeffrey Lippa joins as Director at Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson

Denver, CO (May 24, 2021) – Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson is pleased to announce that litigator Jeffrey Lippa has joined the firm as Director, effective immediately.

Jeff’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He represents clients in all stages of litigation relating to real estate and construction litigation, employment litigation, commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation and appeals.

Jeff joins the Firm after practicing law in Denver as a Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School (JD, with Order of the Coif) and of University of Colorado at Boulder (BA). Jeff is a member of faculty at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and a volunteer for Colorado Legal Services.
