Denver, CO (January 5, 2024) – Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson is pleased to announce that attorney Clay Taylor has been elevated as a Director, effective January 1, 2024.

Clay is a member of our Environmental and Natural Resources Practice and advises clients on environmental and oil and gas matters. Along with extensive experience in Colorado, other state, and federal air quality regulatory issues, Clay has depth of knowledge settling enforcement actions with state and federal agencies, including the EPA, and responding to Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act information requests. Before joining Williams Weese, Clay was in-house at a publicly traded oil and gas company for more than a decade.

Clay is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
