New Associate Attorney Eric P. Alpert Joins Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese P.C.

Denver, Colorado (June 8, 2017) – Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese is pleased to announce that experienced corporate attorney Eric Alpert has joined the firm.

Eric joins the Firm as an associate in the transactional practice, effective as of May 15, 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate at the Denver office of Sherman & Howard, where his practice focused on corporate transactions and general business representation for public and private companies. “We are excited to add Eric’s broad set of skills to the team,” commented Director Rob Lewis. Rob further noted that “Eric’s experience on financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions will help us continue to serve our clients’ needs.”

Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Northeastern University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
